Charlotte
Counselor
Hi, I’m Charlotte! I was born and raised in Berlin, Germany, where I’m still based. I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology and have developed my expertise through a combination of academic training and six years of hands-on clinical experience.
From an early age, I’ve been fascinated by human behavior and driven by a desire to help others navigate life’s challenges. Like many students at Linden, I attended an international school, where exposure to different cultures and perspectives shaped me into an open-minded and empathetic person. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and have led sessions on psychoeducation, stress management, and emotional regulation. Additionally, I volunteer with the Malteser organization, offering grief counseling to children with terminally ill parents. These experiences have deepened my commitment to supporting young people through emotional challenges.
My approach is rooted in empathy and a deep understanding of the struggles children and families face. I aim to foster emotional resilience, self-awareness, and healthy coping strategies.
I’m fluent in both German and English.
