Kadri
Counselor
Hi, I'm Kadri! I am a counsellor and a music therapist from Estonia. I hold a master's in Music Therapy from the University of Roehampton, London and a bachelor's in Music from Goldsmiths, University of London.
Originally trained as a psychodynamic music therapist, I work flexibly in my approach to focus on your child's individual needs. My practice also includes family members/caregivers, teachers and other professionals in the therapy process to support your child's mental health further.
I have worked with children and families in London, Tallinn and Berlin for several years. I attend regular CPD courses and supervision to keep my skills up-to-date.
What is music therapy?
Music therapy is the clinical use of music to accomplish individualised goals such as reducing stress, improving mood, supporting self-expression, social skills, attention and focus and emotional regulation. Participating in music therapy doesn't require to have any previous musical skills.
I specialise in ADHD and autism, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and parent coaching.
I offer sessions in English or Estonian
