Hi, my name is Iva! I received my Bachelor’s degree in Speech-language pathology and audiology in 2018. I've worked as a speech-language pathologist and audiologist with clients in various age groups. I also worked in private practice, primarily with toddlers and preschoolers. I evaluated, diagnosed and treated a variety of communication disorders, such as receptive/expressive language disorders, articulation disorder, stuttering, autism spectrum disorder, auditory processing, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, social skills and other developmental delays.

I moved to Berlin in 2021, where I worked as a speech-language pathologist for a child with epilepsy seizure who is now, I can proudly say, a multilingual two-year-old.

In my opinion, communication is the essence of life and enhancing another’s communication skills is truly a rewarding experience. Helping young children overcome obstacles through communication and achieving their potential and greatness is a blessing and honor. My highest goal is to approach every individual as such: an individual that requires and deserves a unique and individualized approach. Moreover, to be successful, communication therapy needs to go both ways. You teach your client to communicate, and they teach you to find different ways to do so.
